Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Seller and acceptance of these Terms

The website https://nexaide.com (the “Website”) and the Nexaide services are operated by Raybell Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13971672, whose registered office is at Office B, 11 Old Ladies Court, Battle, TN33 0AH, United Kingdom. Full company details are set out in the Legal Notice.

For any request, customers are invited to use the chat available on the Website as a priority, or to write to contact@nexaide.com.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to every booking and every purchase made on the Website. They should be read together with the Terms of Payment, the Cancellation & Refund Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Customers accept these Terms by ticking the dedicated checkbox before payment.

2. Purpose and scope

Nexaide is an online restaurant booking service. The services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over, acting for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent use may lead to the suspension or closure of the account concerned.

3. The services

3.1 Restaurant booking requests (pay per request)

Customers can search for restaurants and submit a booking request on the Website. Once the booking is confirmed by the restaurant, the customer receives the booking confirmation.

A booking request fee of £3.00 is paid at checkout for each request. It pays for handling the request: checking availability with restaurants and attempting the booking. The fee is due whether or not a table can be confirmed, and this is stated at checkout before payment. It does not include the meal or any other consumption, which are paid to the restaurant directly. No plan or commitment is required. At checkout, the customer can choose the Personal Assistance Plan instead, in which case no booking request fee is charged.

Some restaurants may ask for card details to secure a booking, or apply their own deposit, cancellation or no-show conditions. These conditions are set by each restaurant alone. Where they apply, they are shown to the customer, and card details are passed to the restaurant only after the customer has validated them. Raybell Limited does not set or collect these amounts.

3.2 Personal Assistance Plan

The Personal Assistance Plan, offered at checkout under the name “Full Personal Assistant”, is an optional monthly plan. It removes the booking request fee on every request and gives priority assistance for restaurant bookings and any other everyday request (transport, leisure activities, travel and similar services). The Nexaide team handles, follows up and keeps the customer informed on each request.

The plan starts with a 3-day trial charged at £0.10. At the end of the trial, it renews automatically at £69.95 per month unless cancelled before the end of the trial. Cancelling during the trial means no further charge.

Nexaide may refuse any request that is clearly unlawful, unsafe, disproportionate or outside the normal scope of the service.

3.3 Magazine

The Nexaide Magazine is an optional weekly digital publication. It includes selections, recommendations, practical information and themed content. The first 7 days are free from sign-up. After that, an edition is charged every week on the same weekday as sign-up, up to £7.60 per month. Cancelling before the free period ends means nothing is charged.

The Magazine is separate from the Personal Assistance Plan. It is purchased separately, from the Magazine page, with its own checkout. It can be taken on its own or alongside the plan, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.

4. Intermediary status and third-party providers

Nexaide acts solely as a booking intermediary, on the customer’s instructions. Raybell Limited is not a restaurant operator and has no affiliation with the restaurants listed on the Website unless expressly stated.

Meals and dining services are provided entirely under the responsibility of the restaurants. Raybell Limited is not a party to the contract between the customer and the restaurant and is not liable for table availability, service, food quality, hygiene or any damage attributable to the restaurant.

5. Customer account and user space

A customer account is created at the time of purchase. The customer receives an email to set a password or access the account securely, and can reset the password at any time from the login page.

The user space allows the customer to:

  • track bookings and requests,
  • view active plans and the Magazine,
  • access invoices and payment confirmations,
  • update personal details,
  • cancel a plan or the Magazine.

The customer must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Login credentials are personal: the customer is responsible for keeping them confidential and must report any unauthorised access without delay.

6. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), including VAT where applicable, on the Website and at checkout before payment. The checkout states the amount charged today, the trial length where applicable, and the recurring amount and frequency.

Raybell Limited may change its prices at any time. Any change to the price of a plan or the Magazine is notified to the customer in advance, and the customer may cancel before the new price applies. The price charged is always the one accepted at checkout.

7. Payment, renewal and invoicing

Payments are made by bank card through a secure payment provider. Raybell Limited does not store full card details. Charges appear on the customer’s bank statement as NEXAIDE.COM.

The Personal Assistance Plan and the Magazine renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. A reminder is sent by email in advance of each Personal Assistance Plan renewal (including the end of the trial), with a link to cancel. Receipts for every charge are available in the user space.

If a payment fails, Raybell Limited informs the customer and may retry the payment within a reasonable period. Access to the service concerned may be suspended until payment is made. Any fees charged by the customer’s bank are outside Raybell Limited’s control.

Invoices are available in the user space and on request.

8. Cancellation of the plan and the Magazine

The Personal Assistance Plan and the Magazine have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time, free of charge.

  • from the user space, through the chat available in the account,
  • via the cancellation form on the Contact page,
  • via the chat on the Website.

Cancellation is confirmed immediately on screen and by email, with the end-of-service date. The service remains available until the end of the period already paid, and no further charge is made. Details are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Conditions.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal, starting on the day after the purchase is confirmed, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, the customer sends a clear statement of their decision by chat, from the user space, by email to contact@nexaide.com or using the form in the Annex. Amounts paid are refunded within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the request, using the original payment method.

If the customer expressly asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, they remain liable for the share of the service already provided before withdrawal.

Booking requests are handled immediately after payment, at the customer’s express request. By submitting a request, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the booking request fee once the request has been handled. For digital content such as the Magazine, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, if the customer gave express prior consent and acknowledged the loss of this right.

10. Liability

Raybell Limited provides a booking, assistance and intermediation service, and its liability is limited to that scope. It is not liable for the services performed by restaurants or other third-party providers, for temporary interruptions of the Website, for force majeure events, or for requests that cannot be processed because the customer provided incorrect, incomplete or late information.

Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights of consumers.

11. Personal data

Personal data are processed by Raybell Limited to manage accounts, bookings, plans, payments and customer relations, and to meet legal obligations. Data may be shared with technical providers, the hosting provider, payment providers and the restaurants or other providers performing a booking, only where necessary. Customers can exercise their data rights by writing to contact@nexaide.com. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any question or complaint can be sent via the chat, the user space or contact@nexaide.com. Nexaide answers as quickly as possible and seeks an amicable solution first. If no amicable solution is found, consumers keep the right to contact their local consumer protection authority or to bring the dispute before the competent courts, as set out below.

13. Governing law, jurisdiction and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory rules of the country where they live. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules, including consumer protection rules.

These Terms are written in English. If they are also made available in another language, the version in the language the customer understands prevails.

14. Changes to these Terms

Raybell Limited may update these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one accepted at the time of purchase. Customers are notified of any change affecting an active plan or the Magazine before it applies.
